Who is The Village? 

The Village is a Christian homeschool co-op in Pelzer, SC, serving homeschoolers from all over the Upstate.

We started because a group of moms were tired of the same old story: you show up looking for community and friendship, only to find cliques, drama, and Mean Girls behavior. And that was just the adults.

Our founder, Rebekah, figured there had to be a better way — a co-op where the grown-ups actually act like grown-ups, everyone's welcomed like an old friend, and kids get to dive into what they love without all the nonsense. Turns out? She was onto something. We went from 4 families crammed into living rooms to "uh oh, we need actual space" pretty much overnight.

Huge shoutout to Pelzer First Baptist for swooping in with a solution — we'll be holding classes at their church starting spring 2026!
