Sarah Allen is Co-chair of The Village Co-op and a dedicated homeschool educator with six years of experience nurturing young minds at home. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, bringing both organizational expertise and steady, thoughtful leadership to the co-op.

While Rebekah may have founded The Village, Sarah will tell you she was lovingly “dragged along for the ride”—though at this point, it’s hard to imagine The Village without her. As Rebekah’s right-hand and best friend, she helps turn big ideas into something that actually works, keeping things grounded, structured, and moving forward.

Rooted in faith and a deep love for home and land, Sarah owns and operates a farm where she cultivates a life centered on intention and craftsmanship. Her passion for homemaking extends to baking, where she creates handcrafted goods that reflect her care, attention, and quiet excellence.

Sarah is known for her kindness, her humor, and her steady presence. She brings a sense of calm and reliability to everything she does, while still knowing exactly when to step in and handle what needs handling.
