Older students and teens will build on foundational skills as they take on more responsibility in the kitchen. This group focuses on developing practical cooking abilities that students can use in everyday life.
Students will learn how to plan, prepare, and execute recipes with greater independence, while also gaining an understanding of time management, organization, and teamwork. They may explore a wider variety of foods and techniques, building both skill and confidence.
This group is designed to help students feel comfortable and capable in the kitchen, equipping them with skills that will serve them well beyond the co-op setting.
